- I Noticed A Few Followers Dropping

If you experience more than a 15% drop within first 30 days of your purchase, we will happily resume your social media promotion free to help regain your lost followers amount in accordance with our policy. This rarely happens but if it ever does, we've got you covered.


- I Want To Cancel My Order

Once an order has started processing it can not be stopped and results will be delivered.

 

- I Entered The Wrong Social Media Info For My Order

It is critical to enter the correct social media information at checkout for your order. If you have entered the wrong information at check out contact us immediately via the contact form on this page or via email at support@apexsociallabs.com. Once an order has started processing it can not be stopped and results will be delivered. As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, a correction could possibly be made. 

- I No Longer Want My Followers, Can They Be Removed

All followers/Interactions are real from genuine user's accounts. Due to this, we cannot transfer or remove followers acquired from our promotion packages. Also because of this irreversible nature of our promotion and results, all sales are final.

As the Social Media account owner, you may remove selected followers from your follower list by blocking each individual user.

- My Order Hasn't Completed Yet

Please ensure the following criteria are met before placing an order to secure a successful order completion.

  • Your Social Media account is set to public.
  • You have typed in the correct Social Media username and correct Social Media Platform.
  • Do not change your Social Media username before the order’s completion.
  • The social media account or post, still exists and has not been deleted.
  • The video or post follows the social media platform's guidelines and has not been restricted or removed.
  • Allow 3-7 days for completion of order. For larger packages , please allow 5-10 days.
